82 mg Proprietary Blend: What 567 mg of Powders Means
The 82 mg proprietary blend is what is in the gummy. The label says it is equivalent to about 567 mg of dry powders, meaning the raw plant material used to make the extracts. Neither number gives a dose per herb, so you cannot match any line to a study dose.

Why are there two numbers, 82 mg and 567 mg?
One number is the weight in the gummy. The other is a statement about the raw plant material behind it.
The panel prints "Proprietary Blend 82 mg**" and the footnote says it is "equivalent to approximately 567 mg of dry powders". An extract is made by pulling compounds out of a plant, so a small weight of extract can stand for a larger weight of dried plant. Divide the proprietary blend 567 mg figure by 82 and you get about 6.9. On average, each milligram of blend stands for roughly 6.9 mg of dry plant, if the footnote is accurate.
That is a ratio across nine lines. It is not a ratio for any one herb. We found no lab report or supplier document to check the footnote, so we repeat it as printed. Our supplement facts page shows the whole panel.
82 mg is the weight you swallow. About 567 mg is a raw-material equivalent.
What does a proprietary blend rule allow?
US rules let a blend list its ingredients under one name and one total weight, without a weight for each line. The ingredients must still be listed in descending order by weight (21 CFR 101.36, Supplement Facts). That is the one fact we can work with.
The label prints caffeine at 5 mg in place five. So lines six to nine are each no heavier than 5 mg, and lines one to four are each at least 5 mg. From that, the most each line could weigh follows by simple division.
| Place | Ingredient | Plain ceiling | Tighter ceiling |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Muira puama | 82 mg | 62 mg |
| 2 | Maca | 41 mg | 33.5 mg |
| 3 | Catuaba | 27.3 mg | 24 mg |
| 4 | Green tea | 20.5 mg | 19.25 mg |
| 5 | Caffeine | 5 mg printed | 5 mg |
| 6 to 9 | Ashwagandha, L-arginine, tribulus, horny goat weed | 13.7 to 9.1 mg | 5 mg each |
Three caveats apply. It assumes the label follows the ordering rule. It is arithmetic on a printed label, not a lab result. A real gummy can hold less than any ceiling. Try the numbers yourself in the ingredient review.
Why can you not compare doses per herb?
A study dose is a weight of a named preparation. A blend line is a weight of an unnamed extract at an unknown strength. Matching them is guesswork. Take L-arginine. Trials for erectile problems used 3,000 to 5,000 mg a day, and 3 g or less was generally ineffective in one review (Koolwal 2019, L-arginine and ED). The gummy's L-arginine line is at most about 12 mg, and tightly capped at 5 mg.
- Ashwagandha: product doses of 150 to 600 mg, once to three times a day (NIH LiverTox, Ashwagandha). The gummy line is at most 13.7 mg.
- Tribulus: no safe or effective dose is set (MSK, Tribulus terrestris).
- Horny goat weed: no clinical studies support a dose (Drugs.com, Horny goat weed).
- Muira puama: 1,000 to 1,500 mg of extract a day in one study, as described by Drugs.com (Drugs.com, Muira puama). The gummy line is at most 82 mg.
Even the biggest ceiling sits far below the amounts studied, so the research cannot be borrowed for this gummy. See does Stallion Power work for the wider picture.

Treat the 82 mg proprietary blend as an unknown. Judge the gummy by how you feel and what the seller will refund, not by herb dose math. We have not seen a lab report for the finished gummy.
Keep taking prescribed medicine, and tell your doctor about any supplement. Nitrate users must check with a doctor or pharmacist before any enhancement product (MedlinePlus, Sildenafil). Next, read the nine ingredients one at a time. See the order options
