What the FDA notice says
FDA found two prescription drug ingredients in Furious X 1350 and told people not to use it.
The FDA public notification is dated March 29, 2021. It reports that FDA laboratory analysis found sildenafil and tadalafil, the active ingredients in Viagra and Cialis. The notice is titled as a product that "contains hidden drug ingredients". The page does not say what form the product takes.
| Item | What FDA posted |
|---|---|
| Product | Furious X 1350 |
| Date | March 29, 2021 |
| Finding | Sildenafil and tadalafil found by FDA laboratory analysis |
| Form | Not specified on the page |

| FDA advice | Do not purchase or use; report adverse events to MedWatch |
We read the notice itself. We name no maker, seller or court action, because the notice does not and we did not check any.
Why hidden drugs matter
Sildenafil and tadalafil are prescription medicines. A buyer who does not know they are in a product cannot weigh the risks. The notice says these drugs may interact with nitrates such as nitroglycerin and lower blood pressure to dangerous levels. FDA's May 29, 2026 notice for a different product repeats this and adds that people with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or heart disease often take nitrates (FDA, X10 hidden-drug notice).
MedlinePlus gives the same direction for sildenafil: do not take it with nitrates used for chest pain, such as nitroglycerin (MedlinePlus, Sildenafil). The NCCIH warns that products marketed for sexual enhancement may contain prescription drugs that are not listed on the label (NCCIH, Using Dietary Supplements Wisely).
Chest pain, fainting, an erection that lasts more than four hours, or sudden vision or hearing loss needs emergency care. Do not stop prescribed medicine without talking to your doctor.
What this says about other products
Nothing, on its own. One notice about one product is not evidence about a category, and it is not evidence about Stallion Power. We found no source showing hidden drugs in Stallion Power. We also have no lab report that shows there are none, and we do not claim one. The FDA does not approve supplements before sale (FDA, Q&A on dietary supplements), so a label is a claim, not a check.
- Look for a drug-like promise. Promises that sound like a prescription drug are a warning sign. Read more in tainted enhancement products.
- Check the label for a full ingredient list. A product with no clear list is a reason to skip it.
- Be wary of marketplaces and counters. FDA's notice lists websites and possibly stores, so a familiar site is not a guarantee.
- Tell a doctor or pharmacist what you take. Include supplements. See supplements and medications.

Follow FDA's advice. Do not use it. If you had a bad reaction, report it to MedWatch, FDA's adverse event reporting program, and tell your doctor which product you took and when. Keep the bottle and packaging.
The same steps apply to any product named in an FDA notice. For a longer list of cases, read our tainted products guide. For how Stallion Power compares, see the comparison page.
Next step. Check any enhancement product you own against FDA's notices before you take another dose. Keep taking prescribed medicine.
