How to Dispute a Supplement Charge With Your Card
Work in order: gather your records, contact the seller, contact the payment processor, then ask your card issuer. Keep the order ID, dates and every reply. Card issuers set their own rules and time limits, so call yours early. This guide is general and is not legal advice.

Step 1: gather your records
A dispute is won on paper. Collect it before you contact anyone.
- Order ID, order date and the amount charged.
- The statement line, which may show the processor's name, not the brand.
- Screenshots of the offer, the pack and the terms you saw.
- Any email, chat or call notes, with dates.
Knowing how to dispute a supplement charge starts with knowing what the charge is. Check that the charge really is unexpected. Step 2: contact the seller
