The problem is that posts are anonymous, and a post can be written by a seller, a friend of a seller or a bored stranger. The FTC rule that went into effect on October 21, 2024 prohibits writing or selling fake reviews (FTC, Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule Q&A), but it cannot unmask an account for you.
