Muira puama is a shrub from Brazil. Its bark and roots are sold in powders and extracts, often with the nickname "potency wood".
Drugs.com, which is a medically reviewed reference and not a government body, says robust clinical studies are lacking and that trial data are too thin to recommend it for any use (Drugs.com, Muira puama). That is the plain starting point for any list of muira puama benefits.
What do the human studies show?
The sources we could open describe three pieces of human data. All are weak by research standards (Drugs.com, Muira puama).

The big study looked at desire, not erections. The erection study used a mix. Neither tested a gummy.
A broad review of ingredients in erectile dysfunction supplements reached the same overall mood: these products remain poorly studied, with limited data on individual ingredients (Srivatsav 2020, Aphrodisiac ingredients review).
How much muira puama fits in a gummy?
The Stallion Power label lists muira puama extract first inside an 82 mg proprietary blend, "equivalent to approximately 567 mg of dry powders". The label does not print how the 82 mg is split.
US rules ask for blend ingredients in descending order by weight (21 CFR 101.36, Supplement Facts). First place therefore means the heaviest, and it cannot weigh more than the whole blend. Because caffeine is printed at 5 mg in fifth place and the four lines above it must each weigh at least that much, muira puama is capped near 62 mg. The plain ceiling is 82 mg.
The 2003 study used 1,000 to 1,500 mg of extract a day (Drugs.com, Muira puama). A ceiling of 62 to 82 mg is less than a tenth of that, even if you took the gummy every day.

Safety data are thin too. Drugs.com says information on adverse reactions is lacking. Mild effects reported mostly with combination products include bloating, nausea, headache, nervousness and agitation. It advises avoiding use in pregnancy and while nursing, and it lists no well-documented interactions (Drugs.com, Muira puama).
"No well-documented interactions" means nobody has studied the question well. If you take prescription medicine, keep taking it and ask a pharmacist or doctor before adding any supplement. Supplements are not approved by FDA before sale (FDA, Q&A on dietary supplements).
