Stallion Power Blood Circulation: What the Claim Means

Quick answer

The Stallion Power blood circulation wording comes from the sales page, not the label. The evidence for the two ingredients usually tied to it, L-arginine and horny goat weed, is thin, and the gummy does not print doses. It does not show that the gummy supports circulation or heart health.

The circulation wording sits on the sales page, not in the Supplement Facts.

Where does the circulation claim come from?

It comes from marketing, not from the bottle.

The sales page uses the line "Promote healthy blood circulation to support cardiovascular function". The Supplement Facts panel makes no circulation statement. The front of the bottle carries "BOOST PERFORMANCE†" and "SUPPORT CONFIDENCE†". The dagger links each to the note that FDA has not evaluated these statements.

FDA describes structure and function claims as statements about the role of an ingredient in the body, and these claims are not drug claims (FDA, Structure/function claims). A seller needs a reasonable basis, meaning competent and reliable scientific evidence, for health claims (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance). We found no study of the finished gummy. Our benefits page sets the three front claims against the evidence.

What does the L-arginine evidence show?

L-arginine is the ingredient most often linked to circulation talk. The label lists it in seventh place. The evidence is modest. A review found 14 human trials of L-arginine for erectile dysfunction, with small samples (Koolwal 2019, L-arginine and ED). Doses were 3,000 to 5,000 mg a day, and 3 g or less was generally ineffective in one review (Srivatsav 2020, Aphrodisiac ingredients review). MSK lists erectile dysfunction only as a purported use of arginine, with no findings or doses in the body text (MSK, Arginine).

The gummy's L-arginine line is at most about 11.7 mg by simple division, and no more than 5 mg once the printed caffeine is counted. That is a ceiling from the label's ordering rule (21 CFR 101.36, Supplement Facts), not a lab result. Read the L-arginine page for more.

What about horny goat weed?

Horny goat weed, also called epimedium, is sold for libido. MSK describes it as a traditional Chinese herb (MSK, Epimedium (horny goat weed)). Drugs.com says clinical trial data are lacking for the traditional aphrodisiac use, and there are no clinical studies to support a dose. Evidence for sexual use comes from rat and lab studies (Drugs.com, Horny goat weed). Nothing in those sources says it supports circulation or the heart in people.

The label lists it last, so it weighs no more than 5 mg per gummy. See the horny goat weed page.

Why does circulation matter for your health?

Erectile problems can be an early sign of vascular disease. Mayo Clinic lists heart disease, clogged blood vessels, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and diabetes among physical causes (Mayo Clinic, Erectile dysfunction). NIDDK lists them too (NIDDK, ED causes). A gummy cannot stand in for finding the cause. AUA advises a medical history and exam for men with symptoms (AUA, Erectile Dysfunction Guideline).

Do not rely on a claim

If you have chest pain, shortness of breath or known heart disease, talk to your doctor before using any enhancement product. Keep taking prescribed medicine. Nitrate users need a doctor or pharmacist first (MedlinePlus, Sildenafil).

AHA says it is probably safe to have sex if heart disease has stabilized (AHA, Sexual activity and heart disease). Ask your doctor what that means for you. Lifestyle steps such as quitting smoking, limiting alcohol and being more active are part of treatment (NIDDK, ED treatment). See male vitality habits.

What is the next step?

Treat the circulation wording as a quote to check, not a fact to trust. Seek emergency care for chest pain, fainting, an erection lasting over four hours, or sudden vision or hearing loss. See the order options
