Testosterone Booster for Women and Diabetics: Cautions
A testosterone booster for women is not something we can support. Stallion Power is sold as a male product, and its label tells anyone who is pregnant, nursing or taking medications to consult a doctor. For a testosterone booster for diabetics, the concerns are sugar, drug interactions and the fact that diabetes itself can cause erection problems.

Women and a men's product
Stallion Power is sold for men, and we do not suggest it for women.
The front says "MALE ENHANCEMENT GUMMIES†". Our who it is for page explains the intended reader. The label also says that if you are pregnant or nursing, you should consult your doctor before using it.
Two of its nine ingredients carry specific cautions. Drugs.com advises avoiding muira puama in pregnancy and lactation (Drugs.com, Muira puama), and the same advice appears for horny goat weed, which may also have estrogenic effects (Drugs.com, Horny goat weed). NCCIH adds that many supplements have not been tested in pregnant women, nursing mothers or children (NCCIH, Using Dietary Supplements Wisely).
We found no source in our research that supports a testosterone supplement for women. If a woman has symptoms she wants explained, the right step is a clinician, not a bottle sold to men.
Diabetes changes the questions
Searches for a testosterone booster for diabetics usually come from men who also notice changes in erections or drive. NIDDK lists diabetes as a cause of ED (NIDDK, ED causes), and Mayo Clinic says to see a doctor if you have diabetes and are worried about erections (Mayo Clinic, Erectile dysfunction). So the first question is not which product to buy. It is what your doctor thinks is going on.
| Point | What we found |
|---|---|
| Added sugar | 3 g per gummy, 6% DV, 10 calories |
| Interactions | MSK lists diabetes medicines among interactions with tribulus, relevance unknown (MSK, Tribulus terrestris) |
| Liver | Green tea extract is linked to liver injury (NIH LiverTox, Green tea extract); ashwagandha rare cases (NIH LiverTox, Ashwagandha) |
| Pressure and heart | Horny goat weed: do not take with heart disease (MSK, Epimedium (horny goat weed)) |
A word on sugar
One gummy is small. The Dietary Guidelines advise keeping added sugars under 10 percent of daily calories, which is about 50 grams on a 2,000-calorie diet (Dietary Guidelines, Added sugars). Three grams is small against that, but it is added sugar and it counts. Whether it fits your plan is a question for your care team, who know your numbers.
A supplement should never replace a diabetes medicine. Keep taking prescribed medicine. Do not stop any medicine on your own (NIDDK, ED treatment).

- List every medicine and supplement, with doses.
- Ask whether your symptoms point to diabetes, heart, nerve, hormone or medicine causes.
- Ask whether a testosterone test makes sense. The AUA ties testosterone deficiency to low levels plus symptoms (AUA, Testosterone Deficiency Guideline).
- Show the clinician the Stallion Power label before you try it.
Some products sold for sexual enhancement have been found to hold drugs not listed on the label (NCCIH, Using Dietary Supplements Wisely). Nitrates and ED drugs need a doctor or pharmacist first. Chest pain, fainting, an erection longer than four hours or sudden vision or hearing loss needs emergency care.
Our supplements and medications guide covers interactions in more detail.
Next step
If you are a woman, or a man with diabetes, talk to your clinician before buying any booster. Bring the label and your medicine list, and let them decide what fits.
